Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How do I reserve a spot on a rafting trip?
A: In order to hold your spot for a trip, we require an interac e-transfer. This ensures that we can allocate our raft guides and other resources accordingly.
Q: What if I have a small group?
A: Our multi-day rafting expeditions are for groups of 8 or more. If you contact us with your information, as well as a few dates to choose from, we'll help you get your trip started. We love getting people out on the river and having fun!
Q: What is your maximum capacity?
A: Our maximum capacity for our rafting trips is 20 on our multi-day expeditions.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Full refunds require a minimum of 90 days notice. Cancellations received less than 90 days before a trip will not receive a refund. Contact us for more information if you have any more questions!
Q: What about alcohol and drugs? Can I bring them on a trip down the river?
A: On our multi-day trips, alcoholic beverages are permitted in camp only, not on the river..
